In November the world’s most popular design platform Canva, responsible for over 15 billion total created designs since 2013, released perhaps the best overall AI “text to image” art generator currently on the market.
And when it comes to creating AI art for marketing purposes, there is honestly no competition in my opinion.

Canva’s Continued Journey Into AI
Perhaps the most popular AI tool on Canva right now is still the background remover which can take the backgrounds out of almost any image in a handful of seconds.
But another AI tool has also been trending among users.
In December they launched an AI writing assistant called “Magic Write” that works in a similar manner to other top AI copywriting tools on the market.
The AI content generator can automatically generate social media posts, article ideas, headlines, business plan outlines, product descriptions, and even press releases. All of these you can use for inspiration or simply insert as part of your finished text.
It looks like Canva is making a strong commitment to AI and users like myself are obviously fans of the decision to do so.
I wouldn’t be surprised to see many new users joining Canva this year simply just to take advantage of the new AI tools, especially since they will only get better with time.
